All the good stuff about pie, ...God I love cobbler. All the good stuff about pie, way less work, and an arguably better result (I'll take biscuit over pie crust any day).<br /><br />One time I made an apple cobbler and then set it outside my door to cool in the cold, January night. When I opened the door a moment later to retrieve it, there was a rather innocent looking possum eating it. I could only imagine how his heart must have soared when he wandered over and found it, thinking "Wow, for me?!"<br /><br />I let him have it. And made another one.
